This project complies with the EDGE certification standards established by the World Bank’s International Finance Corporation. It passed a design-documentation audit and received preliminary EDGE Advanced certificates, demonstrating its high energy efficiency.
The NUR residential complex comprises 30 buildings with 9 and 16 stories, together with extensive infrastructure, and is located in the very center of the city. The total area of the complex is 3.55 hectares.
The NUR residential complex is Namuna Development’s initial project. This neighborhood implements the “city within a city” concept, providing residents with all the amenities needed for comfortable living. It is located in central Tashkent at 3rd passage, Niyozbek Yo‘li, and includes 9- and 16-story buildings offering 2-, 3- and 4-room apartments, as well as duplexes with magnificent views of the capital. All apartments are move-in ready, with completed finishes, and range from 70 to 270 square meters. Namuna Development follows an environmental mission and strives to create a balance between nature and modern technology. This is why half of the NUR residential complex’s inner courtyard is allocated to green space.

We developed a technical certification strategy in accordance with EDGE (IFC) standards, resulting in special technical conditions for successful certification.

We actively supported the design process and implementation of EDGE requirements, including advice on energy efficiency, water conservation and material life-cycle analysis.

We prepared the documentation required for the design-stage audit.

During construction, we also provide support and advice on selecting materials, equipment and construction methods.

We are developing documentation for the construction-stage audit, which will make it possible to prepare construction documents and additional information that meet certification requirements.
