HPBS was founded in 2015 as a team of experts united by one idea: to develop sustainable solutions for cities, businesses, and infrastructure. From the outset, we focused not merely on consulting but on practical implementation — from energy-efficient buildings to climate strategies and attracting green finance.

Over time, HPBS grew into a multidisciplinary team combining engineering solutions, an ESG approach, financial expertise, and IT and AI technologies. This enables us to support projects comprehensively — from idea and strategy through implementation and the achievement of international recognition. We work with international development organizations, including the World Bank, IFC, EBRD, ADB, and AFD — the French Development Agency — as well as developers, banks, and government bodies, helping them introduce sustainable practices and international standards into their projects.

Over the years, the HPBS team has contributed to projects across various sectors — from residential developments and banking infrastructure to major territorial and government projects — and has earned dozens of international green building and ESG certifications.
