Feruza Allaberganova is an economist and financial management specialist with experience in government organizations, consulting, and foreign-invested companies in Uzbekistan.
She began her professional career in the economic department of the Urgench city khokimiyat, where she worked as an economic specialist for more than ten years. She subsequently worked in teaching, accounting support for organizations, and financial management. Since 2016, she has repeatedly held chief accountant positions, including at manufacturing companies with foreign capital.
Throughout her professional career, Feruza has been responsible for the financial management and accounting support of foreign-invested manufacturing enterprises, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, budgeting, and expenditure control. She has practical experience identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve enterprises’ financial efficiency, preparing information for management decisions and tax reporting, and working with auditors and tax authorities.
