• Certification strategy. We conduct a comprehensive project audit against the BREEAM certification system criteria and determine the points, rating level, and steps required to obtain certification.

• Calculation of additional certification costs. We help you prepare a budget for the additional costs associated with the certification process and the implementation of measures to improve the rating.

• Energy modeling. We perform mathematical modeling of your building to optimize energy consumption, identify energy costs, and compare them with the costs of design solutions.

• Consulting support. We stay by your side at every project stage, from concept through operation. Our team oversees the design and construction process in line with the BREEAM strategy.

• Preparation of the BREEAM assessor’s reports and the supporting documentation package. Obtaining a BREEAM certificate involves assessment by our experts and project review in the United Kingdom. We handle all coordination and adapt the documentation for the BRE Global certification body.

During project implementation, we appoint an independent, experienced engineer who commissions the building systems and envelope from the very beginning of the project, starting with the preparation of the technical specification and ensuring compliance with the client’s requirements.
