  • Development of project requirements for the General Designer and General Contractor according to international and Russian certification systems.
  • Assessment of materials and their contribution to the project for certification purposes.
  • Preparation and conducting training for the project team to ensure quality implementation of "green" standards in the project.
  • Allocation of responsibilities among the certification team members to optimize timelines and ensure quality compliance.
  • Consulting the project team from the start of the project to commissioning.
  • Conducting techno-economic analysis of the project: cost calculation and potential project value.

  • VTZ "ECOHouse": Developing requirements and consulting the project according to the BREEAM In-Use international system.
  • Saint-Gobain: Assessing materials according to the BREEAM New Construction international system.
  • INARCTICA: Industrial facility – project solution assessment, certification strategy development, and techno-economic analysis.
  • Central Telegraph Building: Conducting comprehensive work on life cycle assessment and life cycle cost assessment in accordance with BREEAM Refurbishment and Fit-out requirements.

 

 

 

Research Activity:

 

  • 2021-2022: Executive of the research program "Energy", project "Thermal Optimization of Various Facilities".
  • 2021: Third place prize winner in the student Olympiad "Energy Hope".
  • 2020: Participant in the VI All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference "Energy and Energy Saving".
  • Author of several articles in SCOPUS, RSCI, RSCI (HAC).
  • Analysis of actual climate changes in the Moscow region and assessment of their impact on the energy consumption of a facility as part of her graduation thesis.
  • Modernization of energy sources within the comprehensive energy strategy for the development of the Arctic territory as part of her graduation thesis.
