• Since 2013, employed at the State Budgetary Institution "MOSOBLSTROYCNIL" (subordinate laboratory of the State Construction Supervision of the Moscow Region), serving as a chief specialist and head of the department for inspection and expertise of load-bearing and enclosing structures, as well as engineering networks.

• Energy modeling of buildings for LEED and BREEAM certification.
• Conducting inspections and expertise of construction structures and engineering systems.
• Thermal imaging inspections and determination of air exchange rate (blower door test).
• Development of operational regulations for the House of Government of the Moscow Region.
• Adjustment of operational regulations for the Leroy Merlin shopping center in Khimki.
• Determining compliance with project and regulatory requirements for administrative-laboratory and production-warehouse buildings in the Serpukhov district of Obolensk.
