Center for Contemporary Art, Tashkent
The Center for Contemporary Art in Tashkent is a LEED project targeting a Gold rating, on which HPBS experts have been working since last year.
This project represents an innovative space that promotes the development of contemporary culture in Central Asia. It is being built on the site of a historic building constructed in 1912. Through reconstruction and modernization, the center will become a significant cornerstone for the development of Uzbekistan's artistic scene. Reconstruction work began in 2022.
Currently, the project is undergoing certification under the LEED standard. HPBS experts have developed a certification strategy that includes measures to enhance energy efficiency, water efficiency, and the use of eco-friendly materials. All aspects of the LEED certification system have been meticulously detailed and are gradually being implemented at every stage of the project, with accredited expert guidance.
